Question

I've had several international customers e-mail me and ask if I would ship to them, e-bay is telling them no and I've been doing this since 2008 it doesn't work now why ?

@greatwestern82 The UK and EU do have MANY import restrictions.

Not all items can ship to all locations due to country specific import restrictions and restrictions of the eBay International Shipping Program.

If the country is not on the long list of ship to countries on the listing then that means the item is excluded from shipping, not the country.

On RARE occasions an item is falsely blocked due to a keyword and rewording the title/ listing lets it ship. If the item does not have ANY ship to countries then the ITEM is blocked. For example I helped a seller recently that was trying to sell a farming part that can be used a seed spreader. The word seed blocked it from the EIS program completely because importation of seeds has restrictions in MANY countries. The seller removed the word seed and the item qualified, you would NOT want to do this if it was a really seeds of course.
