International nondelivery of mail closed in buyer favor. Then item is delivered and kept.
I sold a shirt to France. Non delivery claim was made. eBay in France refunded the buyer. Shirt was delivered 2 weeks later. Buyer refuses to send the shirt back or refund me.
I called Ebay call center multiple times to basically be read a scripted answer and to to call back in 48-72 hours, this went on and on ultimately timing my appeal out after 30 days.
I then discovered Ebay for business and after more misinformation was told to contact Ebay in France. No help there, it is past 30 days. I did my part, why am I out $ due to postal failure. Any help is much appreciated!
