International Mailing not tworking

I have a package that is going international. When I went to print the label it will only print the International label, not the label that takes the package to a US hub then that Hub mails it...I have no clue how to mail a package Internationally. The package is going to Israel. How do I change the label?

@hiddenpearl_4 I looked at your last few sold items. And the most recent two do have EIS shipping.

For some reason when you listed this item you added First Class International Shipping>

https://www.ebay.com/itm/296768887948 It does not qualify for EIS shipping to ANY country so I am going to guess it's due to the package size.

You are going to have to tell your buyer sorry but you have to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Cancel from the drop down menu next to the sold item.

This will start the refund process.

Then when you relist check your shipping section carefully and make sure you do not select any international shipping.
