International Mail Using Ebay USPS First Class INt'l Label Never Delivered
I sold an item to a resident of Italy. I mailed it using Ebay's USPS First Class International label. The item made it to Italy and has been stuck in customs since 3/3/25 USPS DOES NOT allow me to file a claim for First Class Int'l Mail...EBAY has been no help. The chat just keeps looping and never answers questions. I literally can get ZERO answers and the buyer is asking for my help. He is being told I have to open a claim with USPS. I have tried and USPS says no claims are allowed for items mailed USPS First Class International. Help please ....
