International item stuck in Glendale Heights.
I sold a large magazine collection that required 2 boxes. Box 1 has the ebay tracking number and box 2 has a tracking number not on ebay. Both mailed at same time but the buyer only received box 1. There would be no problem if buyer were domestic but somehow the international link did not work for box 2. How do you reach out to Glendale Heights? I talked to ebay rep July 10th who assured me both packages were delivered but the buyer says that is not the case.
