eBay’s international shipping has lost package 2 Of 2 1 Of 2 has been received by the buyer in Japan how the hell can you contact EBay International to explain they may just still have it ….

Mentor2 years ago@netjets1 If you shipped two boxes using EIS then they must have their own unique tracking numbers. You didn't reprint the same label did you?
The buyer files an not received refund request and EIS refunds the buyer IF the tracking shows delivery to the EIS forwarding center.
