International Hub mixup
Has anyone had the ebay international hub mixup up orders and send a buyer the wrong item? I'm frustrated as a buyer received tennis shoes instead of the book I shipped him. Do I have buyer open up a claim with ebay?

Mentor2 years ago@sassybooks Sorry that happened. Unfortunately all you can do is have the buyer file an item not as described refund request> wrong item sent.
Then eBay refunds the buyer and you keep the sale.
