International Hub
I had mailed an item to a purchaser in Canada, and it was received at the hub on the 1st of July. The update has not shown that it has left the hub yet. Is this normal?? Thanks.

Mentor2 years agoLook at the estimated date of delivery. Shipments to Canada are taking longer I've noticed.

OP2 years agoyeah looks like it's another week at least. Just thought it was weird for it to sit in the hub for a week. Thanks.

When packages leave the hub, the receive a new tracking #.
Click on the tracking # you have, scroll down, and you'll see the international shipping label tracking. Here's an example:

Depending on which hub it is, where it's going, how backed up they are, that may or may not be normal.
If the buyer is asking you where the package is and it's past the estimated delivery date shown in the order transaction then advise the buyer to open an item not received case and eBay takes it from there.
If you're just curious, then watch the tracking, but there is no action for you to take. Your responsibility is to get the item to the hub and then you're done.

OP2 years agoso now it's been at the hub since the 1st, and it's had international tracking number since the 10th, but still not handed to the shipper. this is pretty ridiculous at this point, no?
