International Hub
It's been 4 days since there has been any update on my item since it got to the international hub. I've tried to contact an eBay agent but the AI chat bot doesn't understand what I want. I contacted the sellers and he did what he was supposed to and gave me the tracking info to the eBay shipping hub. How can I get the info I need?

Mentor2 years ago@gloodle This is not unusual and nothing to worry about. It will update with the new tracking number for the international leg once it ships.
The item just has to arrive by the last estimated delivery date or the buyer can file a refund request.
eBay is responsible for ALL refunds once the item safely reaches the US hub.
