International fees
Why was I charged an International fee for selling an item when it was shipping to FL? There is a note stating the buyers registered address is in Malaysia????

Mentor2 weeks agoThe international fee is based on the location of the buyer. The buyer can be international but still have the item shipped to a US address. In that case, the international fee is charged.
There is no way to avoid this as buyers can provide a US address and you must ship. The buyers are probably using a mail forwarding company. You send it to Florida and the company sends it to the buyer.

OP2 weeks agoThank you. If I turn off international shipping, will that also include registered addresses?

Mentor2 weeks agoNo, there is no way to avoid international customers purchasing if they use a US address.
