Why does eBay charge me international fees when it’s not an international sale? Details: I sell a sports card that is located here in my home in Tampa and the buyer is also in the US? So it’s a US seller and a US buyer? 🫤

Are you sure "the buyer is (also) in the US" ?
The delivery/shipping address may be in the US, perhaps even in Florida.
But that does not necessarily always mean that the buyer truly is in the US.
eBay charges their International Fee when the buyer's eBay registration address is outside the USA.
Even if the delivery address is inside the USA, including Florida.
If you look at your buyer's "About" info, you will see his/her registration location.

The buyer may be using a shipping address in the US, but if the payment is coming from overseas, that counts as an international order.
