    International Fees.
                     

    I have been selling for over 20years on ebay and other venues. I only sell to the united states. I have blocked banned all other countries.  I have foreign bidders bidding on my items then sending to a u.s address and I am charged for international fees. What the hell.

    You need to set your buyer requirements to block users who are from countries that you do not ship to.  Just blocking countries without this requirement will still let them bid or buy your items since they have a USA address to ship to.
