International customer states my listing will not ship to his locaion

I have a customer in Israel that states my listing does not ship to him. I use eBay's international shipping program which does ship to Israel.

Everything looks correct on my end. Any suggestions?

We can now ship to Israel as of July 15, 2025:

If Israel is still blocked, it most likely is a restriction on the item being imported into Israel.

@pilo954 Not all items can ship to all locations due to limitations of the eBay International Shipping Program AND country import restrictions.

Is Israel on the list of countries for this listing in the shipping section?

If you are not sure how to check please share the item number.

The following requirements apply to items shipped through eBay International Shipping:

Items are physically located in the US and listed on eBay.com
Items are eligible for export
The cost of the order doesn't exceed $2500 USD, including shipping
Packages should not exceed:
- 48 inches in length, 84 inches in length and girth
- 44 lbs. in billable weight (not actual weight) for all countries except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66 lbs.)

There are also category specific restrictions.
