Mentor1 week agoWith the EIS you are only responsible for the item until it reaches the EIS hub. Have the buyer open an "Item not as described" case and then contact customer service once the case is opened and let them know with was an EIS shipment. They will transfer the case to the EIS and you will keep the buyers payment and the buyer will be fully refunded by eBay.
