You either were involuntarily added into or you agreed to participate in eBay's International Shipping (eIS) program. You included Canada among the nations you agreed to ship to, through eIS.
Thus, your listings on eBay's USA website, ebay.com, were shown to people in Canada who use eBay's Canadian website, ebay.ca. Your customer in Canada liked your listing and bought your item.
"Should I ship to that address?"
Yes. If you want to protect yourself as the seller and your customer as the buyer,
which I am sure you do, you MUST ship to that address.
"Is it some sort of shipping hub or something?"
Yes. It is the shipping hub for eBay's International Shipping (eIS) program.
"I have never seen [that address] before"
That just means that nobody in Canada (or elsewhere in the World) has purchased anything from your eBay listings until now.
You may be surprised at where some of your potential future buyers are located. This year, I've had one buyer in the United Kingdom and one in Germany, both shipped through that address in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Both were in small communities I'd never heard of, maybe charming little villages. The German buyer left me positive feedback in German. I decided to dredge up some of my high school German to leave her a response in German. Hope she got a chuckle out of it.

Mentor1 week agoIt looks like you are enrolled in ebay's International Shipping program. You will ship the package to that address in Glendale Heights, Il. They will provide the customs form and send the package to your buyer. That evtn:sp6k5ja is the code for your buyer so they know where to ship the item to. Your obligation is over once the package is Delivered to the bub. If the buyer files a Package Not Delivered, or an Item Not as Described, ebay will refund the buyer and you get to keep the sale.

Mentor1 week agoYes, if you are using Ebay International Shipping (EIS) program, you ship to the hub and they will forward it on to your customer. Your responsibility ends once it is confirmed delivered to the hub.
