International buyers not paying.
I sold an item and after 4 days, buyer didn't pay. I cancelled the order and relisted the item.
A day later that same item sold again and buyer hasn't paid... It's been 2 days. I've send daily reminders. Hope they pay this time.
Interesting thing is. Both buyers are from Hong Kong and the user names are similar. Coincidence or is this guy just a jerk?
I checked the buyer activity page and saw that 2 buyers were blocked from buying this item, due to the number of unpaid strikes. Very odd that only this one item is being targeted by these (this) nonpaying buyer(s). The usernames had been removed, it just showed a *
Is there some kind of scam involving this behavior? Anyone else having this problem?
Also, the eBay system isn't letting me report the buyer for non payment and I can't leave negative feed back either.
