International Buyers not able to order my listed products
Summary: americanproudproducts is experiencing issues with international buyers, mainly from Canada and Brazil, being unable to purchase their items on eBay despite having eBay International Shipping activated. eburtonlab suggests checking if the items have US-only shipping or if they don't qualify for international shipping. americanproudproducts notes that the system doesn't allow selecting another international shipping method while eBay International Shipping is active. Multiple buyers have contacted me in the last couple of weeks stating they are from other countries (primarily Canada and Brazil), and they aren't being allowed to order my items. I thought eBay International Shipping would allow buyers from any country buy on eBay. Any suggestions on how I can change system or my listings to allows these buyers to buy from me? I checked listing, and I don't see a way of adding international shipping as an option except for the eBay International Shipping option.

I have the eBay International Shipping option activated in my account, and I can see it listed in my listing for this item. However, multiple customers from multiple countries are saying eBay won't let them purchase the item. One buyer is even a repeat buyer that has purchased from me before. Not sure what has changed?

OP2 weeks agoSo, there is the problem for the buyer. Ebay is not listing International Shipping as an option, even though eBay International Shipping should be activated for all my listings (and does show inside the listing if I go into revise listing).
Any idea how to correct this? Or, is this an ebay problem?
PS: I see in your post that is shows excluded countries even though I don't have any countries excluded in my account.

Try adding a different international shipping method.

OP2 weeks agoThe listing does not display or let me select another international shipping method. I assume I can't select another option while eBay International Shipping is selected as default in my account? Would I have to turn off the default in my account first and then try to add another international shipping option?

OP2 weeks agoThe link you left was also very interesting. I wonder if some electronics directive is blocking the sale of my electronics items like this electrical multimeter in the listing we have been discussing. Hmmm
