International Buyer - Wrong Item Received - USPS Label Mix-up
Summary: guilmurilloc_0, an international buyer from Ecuador, received incorrect items due to a shipping label mix-up by a seller. Although the seller acknowledged the mistake, they are unable to provide an international return label, and the platform requires a domestic USPS label for a return by October 13. The buyer is facing issues with the platform's automated assistant and requests intervention from a representative for a full refund, expressing difficulties in accessing support due to language barriers.
Hi. I am an international buyer from Ecuador using a courier in Miami. I received the incorrect items for my returns (ID 5330282077 and 5330282445) because the seller mixed up the shipping labels. The seller already accepted the error in our private messages.
However, the platform is asking me to return the package using a domestic USPS label by October 13, which is impossible from my country, and the seller cannot provide an international shipping label. The automated assistant keeps trapping me in a loop offering only phone calls, but no Spanish-speaking agents are available for my region.
I need an eBay representative to please step in, review my case history, and process a full refund for both orders. Thank you.

The seller can issue a full refund right now. There is nothing stopping that from happening. Tell the seller to 'issue the refund'
Unfortunately, buyers give up buyer protection when they use a 3rd party forwarding service, so eBay won't step in on this case.
Exclusions and special coverage when the item doesn't match the listing
- The item was collected by a third party on behalf of the buyer - Not covered
- The buyer arranged their own shipping method, such as a courier pickup - Not covered
