Mentor1 week ago@joaca9122 It appears that you are shipping with the eBay International Shipping Program so you won't be able to send a combined shipping invoice.
You will need to let the buyer know that you will cancel the sales and then relist all of the items in ONE listing.
You can ONLY do this if the items are similar and from the same category, looking at your recent sold items they do appear to meet those requirements.
Let the buyer know that you will have to cancel the sales as buyer requested in order to combine the order. Don't use out of stock and you can't use problem with address.

Mentor1 week agoIf they haven't paid yet, send them an invoice with the appropriate shipping for all the items on one invoice.
