International buyer who would like to add more items to current purchases before being shipped
I have been in conversation with an International buyer who won 2 auctions but would like to add other items before combining all for shipping. How do I notify eBay that although she has paid for the first items she has asked that I hold those items with the expectation that she will win 2 other auctions to save on shipping fees.

OP2 years agoShe did add the address in Germany. The send by date set by eBay is the 30th and the auctions she still wants end on the same day so hopefully if I can get the invoice sent and she can pay right away I might be able to get things sent by the end of that day.

Holding items is not okay for your shipment metrics.
Cancel and relist is a normal solution when buyers want you to wait with shipment.

OP2 years agoShe has already paid for the first 2 items, she did that while we were trying to figure out how to get her items shipped to another destination besides Israel. Her sibling lives in Germany and agreed to receive her package at their address. She is bidding on 2 more auctions that don't end for 3 days. it's complicated. Is there a way to talk to an eBay employee that you know of who could help me? I hate to lose my credibility and selling rights as I try to figure out International Shipping.

·2 years agoWhat address was added when the buyer paid? That has to be Germany.
If not, you have to cancel and relist.
What is your handling time? Maybe it's long enough for waiting 3 extra days.
