International buyer shipping to the US
I have an overseas buyer who has been trying to purchase a gift for a relative in the US. He puts the recipient address in the order yet it is still charging the international shipping price. Short of refunding him the overage, after he purchases, is there a way for him to be charged the correct US shipping when he purchases.

Mentor1 year agoThe buyer would need to reach out to customer support in his country. There is no way for us to assist him as we can't see the item, the address or the process he is using.
In general, shipping charges can be based on the shipping address.
Why it is not showing for him is something he will need to request assistance with directly with support.
