International buyer says other listings of mine will ship internationally, but not the one thing she wants to buy?? What should I do? Have sold internationally before.

Which listing and what country?

Not all categories qualify for eBay International Shipping if you use that, and some categories require special authorization or certification, such as for Toys being sent to the UK.

It is the UK and it is a toy - well a stuffed sheep!! It's item # 206527820715. I had no idea there was such a rule. I'll bet that is it. Whew, after all that work, probably won't be able to sell to her. Dang!!!

@dalbeaur_0 Please reply with the buyers country and the item number or link to the listing. As my fellow Mentor stated not all items can ship to all locations due to restrictions of the eBay International Shipping Program and country specific import restrictions.
