International buyer says he got an empty box...
I think I may be scammed here.
I made a sale on ebay on or around Oct 14 and shipped a watch to Spain via usps then dhl took it from there it looks like, now the recipient says that he only received the box and extra links. I don't expect anyone here to be an ebay master but I always try my hardest to do the best business I can for everyone. It's looking like I'm going to have to eat the cost here but I figured I'd just sat something just incase....
Let me know what you think, ebay has no phone number or much of any customer service so I'm feeling on my own on this.

OP2 years agoI used ebays shipping program It went to a shipping hub in Illinois first via usps, then went to dhl, will they look at the shipping weight? That right there should prove what happened, why does ebay not have any support when I need it. Also how does ebay determine what happened??

·2 years agoIf they file an INAD, you'll have to refund.
I would contact USPS and DHL to see what you can find out from them.
