I am trying to buy a barrel band but keep getting a message about international buyers being restricted from purchasing military items. I am not an international buyer. How do I get past this? Fr

If you are using a VPN, try turning that off.
Also make sure that you 'destination' country is correct by clicking 'see details' next to shipping on any listing, and verify your destination zip code is USA.
