International buyer requests different shipping amounts.
Summary: mjp9579 is experiencing issues with an international buyer from Germany who is repeatedly asking for a total despite the eBay international buyer service managing it. comics-scifi-collectibles suggests confirming if the item import to Germany is not blocked and proposes a message to clarify that only eBay's International Shipping Program is used. They recommend offering to cancel the sale if the buyer disagrees with the shipping cost and suggest blocking the buyer if necessary, noting the low value of the sale.
I'm having difficulty with an international buyer. He keeps asking me for a total but I keep telling him that it's handled by ebay because I have the international buyer service enabled. Here is our conversation.

Mentor3 weeks ago@mjp9579 EIS is active for Germany. It sounds like they want you to use a different shipping method.
This is what I would say. "I only ship internationally with the eBay International Shipping Program. If you do not wish to complete the sale with the shipping price that is shown on the listing then I can cancel the sale for you. "
Then add them to your blocked list.
I think that's enough work for a $1.25 sale. :)
