International buyer received wrong item.
I sold an item (golf club) that shipped internationally to Canada. Buyer notified me that he received a completely different item -golf driver shaft (I don’t sell those). Apparently ebay shipping hub put his address label on a different package.
I told him that I would see what I could find out and suggested he initiate a refund request.
Not sure how to proceed.

·3 years agoIf you used Ebay International shipping, they are supposed to take care of any problems.
Tell the buyer to file an INAD and Ebay should take over.
