international buyer received the wrong item.
I packaged the item (a pewter fairy figurine) and mailed. The buyer contacted me to ask if I sent them some obscure album with a very explicit album cover instead of what she ordered. I do not own any records. Therefore, the staff handling the international shipping must have made an error when they repackaged it to go out of the country. How do I get EBay to take care of the problem? Is there a way to talk or chat with an actual human? I do not feel it is my responsibility to have to refund the buyer.

That's not much of a description to go on, but I immediately thought of the Blind Faith album with the topless girl on the cover. If that's what the buyer received, it could be valuable, worth hundreds, depending on condition, etc.

Mentor4 months ago@she-n-chi If you shipped with the eBay International Shipping Program then the buyer just files a not as described return selecting the reason wrong item sent or doesn't match description.
eBay will refund the buyer out of their pocket and you keep the $ from the sale.
