International buyer not receiving an item. No tracking provided past the eBay agent responsible
Buyer's package was sent by USPS with tracking. Mailed Dec. 1. Arrived at the eBay agent's office in Glendale Heights IL on December 5th. Package was not received by the buyer. Package shows no tracking on this date. January 8th, 2025. Appears that the shipping agent hub did not sent the package. I can't figure out a way to talk to anyone about how to solve this. I sent the package. It was received and delivered at the ebay international shipping agent's office. Now what????? Thanks.

Once tracking shows your package was successfully delivered to the eBay hub in Glendale Heights Illinois, eBay has you covered. If you go to the Order Details it should give you an estimated delivery date for the Buyer in their country. If it is now past that date, the Buyer needs to open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay and eBay will handle it from there.
