International buyer making a purchase as a domestic gift

Hi. I have an international buyer trying to purchase an item as a gift to ship domestically. Is there a way to do this?

The buyer can choose a shipping address at checkout, provided you ship to that location.

If the buyer is using a primary shipping address in a location you do not ship to, your buyer requirements may prevent the buyer from completing the payment, though, even if you do have a shipping method specified for the location chosen at checkout. You can either change your requirements to accommodate the buyer, or the buyer can change the primary address prior to making the payment in that case.
