International buyer has trouble to purchase my item
One of my regular buyers from Hong Kong is trying to purchase an item from me but is getting the message: “Unfortunately, this seller won’t ship this item to Hong Kong.†However, this buyer has purchased from me many times in the past without any issues.
Could anyone please help me check why this is happening and how to fix it so they can order again?
