International buyer cannot purchase my item even though I have opted in for international selling
I will sell internationally (says so on my account). The item says Europe is not excluded but the buyer keeps getting a message I will not ship there. Has anyone had this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

Mentor2 years ago@1mtgoatfan As my fellow mentor said you do have exclusions on your listings. I recommend you change your exclusion list in account settings> https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Select apply to active listings after you uncheck the country exclusions. It will then apply to all listings that do NOT have open offers, bids, or less than 12 hours on an auction.
EIS is safe to ship all items that qualify so there's no reason to exclude any countries. Your job is done as a seller once the item reaches the US forwarding center. Not ALL items can be shipped to all locations.
If you'd like more help we need to know the ITEM NUMBER and the buyers country.

156291668188 ships to the US only.
If that is the item, I suggest to revise the shipping.
