International Buyer - Came through with actual address not US eBay International Shipping
I sold an item and the buyer is in Spain. Normally when I have an international buyer it goes through the eBay International Shipping Program and I ship to a US address and they handle it. This one came through with the buyer's address in Spain, and I see that the buyer was charged a $70 Value Added Tax (collected by eBay) and almost $40 shipping.
Do I just ship it via international USPS? Am I liable if it doesn't arrive? I am confused why it did not go through the usual channel.
