International buyer
I have an item that was just purchased by an international buyer - foreign address. No payment received yet. The listing was for local pickup only. I guess they did not read the listing entirely. I have tried to contact the buyer but no response. I do not plan to ship overseas.
Can I cancel this order? Do I have to wait a period of time before i do so?

Mentor3 years agoNo need to wait, cancel the transaction for an address problem and relist it.
