International buyer
Hi there eBay community,
I have purchased an item from Soltane-Boutique and need to on forward to Australia. To do this it requires the sellers full name and address. They are refusing to supply. Below is the email chain.
What would you do?
(the intent is to be able to get the item shipped to Australia and currently it is held - therefore not received).

I am an overseas purchaser residing in Australia using a forwarding agent called MyUS. To be able for the freight forwarder to ship they require the following: seller's complete name (first and last) and address.
(I know they're parcel numbering system doesn't match - they use something different. Please refer to the shipping number to match records). This has been a challenging purchase I have supplied a copy of the invoice already on the 20 Dec to MyUS and as much details as I could because it was missing initially.
MyUS email copied and pasted below:
"Hello A,
I hope this e-mail finds you well!
We have received a package that is missing the seller's name and address.
Please provide the seller's complete name (first and last) and address.
This information is required per customs regulations in order for us to export your package.
Please contact the merchant at your earliest convenience to obtain this information. We suggest you inform the merchant that you reside overseas and require this information for invoice purposes only.
Thank you for your prompt attention so that we can proceed with shipping your package."
Please reply with details: seller's complete name (first and last) and address. that way MyUS can complete the forward to Australia.
Cheers

Hey, thanks for reaching out,
When you purchased the item eBay sent you an email has all the information that you need.
Next time use eBay international program.
It’s a lot easier.
Thank you
