How do you handle international bidders if you’ve stated in listing you only ship in the U.S.? I have an auction and the two high bidders are international, so I’m concerned what happens if one of them wins.
@the-rock-house Contact the bidders by clicking on their user ID and let them know that they would need to provide a US address at checkout if they wish to purchase the item. Suggest they use a package forwarding company that is located in Delaware of Oregon because then there is no state sales tax charged. Your responsibility for the sale ends once the item is reshipped by a third party.

You can also cancel the buyers bids, but I would let them know why first> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/selling-auctions/canceling-bid?id=4140&st=
To keep this from happening in the future you need to block buyers in locations you don't ship to in account settings> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
