International bidder can see item, but can't bid.
I have a regular customer from the UK trying to bid on an item, and he says he can see my items but cannot bid. I don't have any countries excluded. What gives?

OP5 months agoThis is his message: Hello. Thanks. I wanted to bid and I get the following error message: "Problem with bid. Unfortunately, this item cannot be sent to Switzerland. But don't give up just yet – Opens in new window or tab.find similar items offered by other sellers. (5010)" . Maybe you need to change some other setting, too ? OP5 months agoand another customer: Steve although I can now see what you are listing when I tried to bid this is the mwessage I'm getting....Problem with bid Unfortunately, this item cannot be shipped to United Kingdom. But don't give up just yet — Opens in new window or tab.find similar items offered by other sellers.

Just as @momtoabeautifuldaughter advised, your listings are not set up for international shipping. They show you ship to the US only.

OP5 months agoOk, I opted back into eBay international shipping. The thing is, I never turned it off and I don't know how it was switched off! Thanks everyone for your help, Steve, 22 years eBayer
