Internal shipping
I am making my first sale on Ebay. Of course it is internally to Canada from the US. The person purchased both of my remaining items. Two large items (44x21x16 each) items that are not able to be put into the same box. The shipping label is only printing once but it says number of items is 2. The cost is always only $69 shipping which does not seem like a lot to me. I have already paid $15 over what the buyer actually paid for shipping. I called Ebay and was told I could just reprint the same shipping label with the same tracking number and use it on both boxes. How does that even make sense?

You will have to void shipping labels and then cancel the sales as problem with buyers address, refund buyer, to fix this if the one tracking is showing on both sold listings already.
Then ONLY select print label from next to each sold item, not from the top of the list.
No you can NOT use the same tracking number on two boxes. Bad advice from CS.
Each listing needs it's OWN tracking number and box since the items are too large to be placed together in one box.
Plus you can NOT combine shipping on EIS shipping unless all listings are ended and the items are relisted in ONE listing AND the items will all fit in ONE box.
You need to go to the sold listing and print label from next to it selecting Purchase another label. Do NOT select print ANOTHER label as that won't work for the EIS.
Each sold item MUST have ONLY one tracking number.
