I keep getting an internal error message when I conduct item searches. The message tells me to restart the app.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.
