Intermittent Display and Data Consistency Issues with Culver-Inspired Menu Listings on eBay Storefro
I am experiencing a technical issue with my eBay storefront that features a Culver-inspired menu layout for showcasing food-related items. The store is set up using standard eBay listing templates with some custom HTML and CSS to organize menu-style categories such as burgers, sides, desserts, and drinks. Overall, the store works fine, but the menu-style presentation has recently become inconsistent.
The main problem is that the menu sections do not always render correctly across different devices and browsers. Sometimes all categories and items load as expected, but at other times certain sections disappear, appear out of order, or show incomplete item details such as titles or prices. This happens even though the listings themselves remain active and visible individually in the eBay admin panel.
I have also noticed that updates to the menu (such as adding a new item or editing a price) do not reflect immediately or uniformly across all pages. Clearing browser cache and testing in incognito mode helps occasionally, but the issue returns, which makes it difficult to identify whether this is a caching, template, or platform-related problem.
There have been no recent major changes to the listings or templates, which makes this behavior even more confusing. I would like to understand whether eBay has any limitations or best practices around using custom HTML/CSS for menu-style layouts, or if there are known issues with dynamic content rendering in storefront listings.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with structured or menu-like listing layouts on eBay? Any guidance on debugging this or recommendations for a more reliable approach within eBay’s policies would be greatly appreciated.
