Intellectual rights violation
Why am a not allowed to sell my old card game as used. The game is Talking Points. If I buy a new car, Honda can tell me that I cannot resell it, because of Intellectual rights?

Many items are not allowed to be sold here.
You can't resell anything you want; there are rules.

Mentor7 months agoSome rights owners do not want their items listed on eBay. I am not familiar with that game but it appears the the rights owner to the game does not want it to be listed on eBay.

OP7 months agoOkay, so again. If I purchase a Honda, then Honda can tell me not to resell it on ebay?
I want to resell my used game and the company can say no we won't let you. What about the right to resell anything that you want.
