Intellectual property infringement
Today I have canceled 4 listings of xerox cartridges, three open boxes and one sealed. The cartridges are genuine xerox with serial and certification, the truth is that I was perplexed because everything I sell has an owner, printers that are HP, items of use of different brands, that is the next day I can dawn and have all my listings blocked on eBay for intellectual property. I would like to know if someone explains to me what intellectual property infringement is, and why eBay does not send us a list of those brands that when selling them will accuse us of intellectual property infringement, and instead what it does is remove the listings but does not explain what that intellectual property violation consists of, it does not even give you the right to claim them and that is why I write in this eBay community forum. With this thing that happened to me today I feel very vulnerable and afraid to sell on eBay because everything I sell is used and nothing manufactured by me. I would thank you for an answer to understand, I have been on eBay for almost 15 years and I have never felt so insecure.
