Insurance on eBay labels above carrier limits
A package being returned to me was lost in shipping. FedEx paid my claim on the shipping and tells me that they owe only the default $100 limit. They say eBay self-insures/takes responsibility for labels they print above the limits instead of buying carrier insurance. How do I collect on the full value of the lost package?

Mentor1 year agoEbay has nothing to do with this. It is up to you to buy any additional insurance above the $100., limit or self insure yourself.
