Insurance claims
I sold an item and it arrived damaged. I used an eBay mailing label to send it. Does the buyer or seller file the insurance claim to replace the item?

Mentor1 week agoSince you, as the seller, shipped the item, you need to refund the buyer and file a claim with the shipping company providing pictures of the damaged item and packaging that the buyer can provide.
