Insurance claim with UPS shipping
An insured shipment arrived damage at the buyer's location. I tried to submit a claim through UPS, but their online claim system tells me to contact the "Channel Partner UPS:E040", but I have no idea what that means. And I cannot talk to a real person at UPS. Ebay has no catergory that I can find concerning damaged deliveries or the filing of claims so I cannot talk to a real person at Ebay either. Does anyone have experience with this type of issue?

eBay will direct you to this page:

At the top left of the UPS claim form, you can open a claim from your own UPS account or as a guest. Both will open this screen:
You must be the shipper when filing a claim for an eBay label. Be sure to checkmark the third-party eCommerce option and enter your eBay email address. Your eBay registration email is how eBay will connect the refund to your selling account.

OP2 years agoI was able to file the claim after much frustration. I did try to get to the link you provided on my own, but I still cannot get there even using the link string that you provided. So I will have to save that link for future reference since Ebay seems to have hidden it somewhere.
