Insurance claim for USPS ground advantage arrived broken
Item arrived broken even though I packed it well with fragile stickers. Trying to make insurance claim but says not qualified. I thought item under $100 are covered

Mentor2 years agoYes, ground advantage does include insurance, but you have to package correctly with enough packing material to prevent the item from moving around.
