Insurance claim
I received an item that was damaged from shipping. I messaged the seller , he asked for pictures which I sent. He said he would file an insurance claim. I received an e mail to confirm the damages and claim which I responded to immediately. A couple weeks later I checked in with him as I hadn’t heard anything. He responded saying the claim was approved but he didn’t know for how much, he said he would know how much in a few more weeks and he would refund whatever they said was approved? This just doesn’t sound right to me, am I missing something?
