Insurance ad every time I look at a car
If Im just surfing old cars why do I need to be solicited for ebay car ins. I will dump u if this dont stop soon.

And I've never seen such an ad on the vehicle pages.
Are you sure this is an eBay ad?
Where is it appearing? On a search page? On an item page?
Does the ad have a name in a corner or along an edge?
Could it be adware that installed itself on the browser after the download of some program or after clicking some website?
