Looking at the price points for your sold items, you don't need insurance. Your shipping label already covers purchases up to $100 automatically.
In most cases, buying shipping insurance is a complete waste of money. Put a dollar in a jar every time you make a sale and use that IF you ever need to reimburse for a lost of damaged item. In a few years, you'll be wealthy!
It only make sense to insure a very expensive item you can't afford to reimburse for. And if you are ever tempted to list one, I would think very carefully about it. Don't list items on eBay that you can't afford to lose the money on if things go horribly wrong because with eBay's Money Back Guarantee, you will be forced to refund if the buyer wins a case.
If you ever do choose to buy extra insurance with your label, then you need to add that cost into your handling cost on the listing so the buyer automatically pays for it. Don't mention that you insure your items in your listings. That's a big turn-off for buyers as they already know they don't need it.

Mentor5 months agoYou CANNOT charge a buyer for insurance.
Insurance is for YOUR protection so if you want it insured it comes out of your pocket.
