Insuffient postage cost label
A buyer has purchased an item from me that when I packed it, is heavier than the postage label allows for. I made the error of using someone else’ listing who sold identical item as a template. The buyer paid for Royal Mail delivery via simple delivery. I have tried to cancel the label and buy a new label but it says I am unable to cancel the label? I’d be grateful for some advice on what to do.
