Insufficient address; return to sender
The item I sold was returned by the post office for an insufficient address. I’ve seen some responses here on what steps to take, I guess depending on whether the purchaser wants to rebuy the item. My question is: I haven’t yet heard from the purchaser. (I just received the item back today.) Do I need to reach out to the buyer or create a ticket first? Or do I need to wait for the buyer to reach out or create a ticket? Thanks!

Mentor1 week ago@ankhk_72 I just wanted to make sure that you knew that there is not any "ticket" to open for this issue. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that their address is correct at checkout.
Most sellers just refund the item price only minus any outbound shipping costs and relist so that the buyer can purchase again and put in the correct address at checkout.
